Brian is a senior executive with more than 20 years experience in executive management, sales and product marketing in the food industry. He has served as an industry specialist and operating partner for Huron Capital and JP Morgan Partners, private equity firms with holdings in the food industry. He has served as President and CEO of Victoria Fine Foods, Senior VP and Chief Marketing Officer of Birds Eye Foods (Vestar Capital), CEO of Ecce Panis Breads (JP Morgan Partners) and was Executive Vice President of Marketing for the Bakery Division of Sara Lee. He attended Clark University and received an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
