India Brook Partners advises on growth financing for Teton Waters Ranch, a leader in grass fed beef industry

India Brook Partners is pleased to announce that Brook Advisors, the financial advisory arm of India Brook, acted as exclusive financial advisor to Teton Waters Ranch, LLC (“TWR” or “Teton”) in connection with the formulation of Teton’s growth plan a recently completed Series A growth financing.

 

Organized in 2010 and based in Denver, CO, TWR sources and produces 100% grass-fed beef for its line of branded, specialty meat products. TWR began as the exclusive marketer of 100% grass-fed beef from the Teton Waters Ranch property in Tetonia, Idaho. In 2013 the Company developed a new line of premium quality, branded sausages and hot dogs, sold through national and regional retailers in the grocery, natural food and specialty food channels. All beef used in TWR’s products is sourced from 100% grass-fed cattle, humanely raised, that never receive and antibiotics or growth hormones.

Strong consumer food trends recognize the health benefits of grass-fed meats, food safety, environmental and animal welfare concerns, and gluten sensitivity. Teton Waters is a “first mover” in the grass fed beef industry via its focus on specialty gourmet products. TWR is focused on offering branded grass-fed beef products that appeal to the quality-oriented consumer that is focused on food purity and safety, and values healthier eating as part of a healthy lifestyle.

The recently completed growth financing will enable TWR to continue development of its unique line of grass fed beef hot dogs and sausages, to expand market distribution and to continue development of new specialty meat products, all made from 100% grass fed beef. Terms of this financing were not disclosed.

The financing was provided by a group of private investors led by Armonia, LLC., the investment office of the Lunt family, based in Greenwich, CT. Armonia focuses on triple bottom line investments with a balanced emphasis on people, planet, and profit. Brook Advisors/India Brook acted as an exclusive financial advisor to TWR in connection with the development of its overall market growth plan for TWR and this financing.
